v1.6.1
June 1, 2026
Overview
The A400 display can now connect directly to Keiser Cloud, in addition to a Hub on site, and claiming a machine is as simple as scanning a QR code. Software updates now install on their own, Keiser can offer remote support, and model 1698 is supported again. This update also fixes a problem that could interrupt the display while it sent finished sets.
New
- Direct connection to Keiser Cloud — The display can now connect straight to Keiser Cloud instead of only through a Hub on site. The connection type is chosen automatically when the machine is first set up and can be changed later in settings.
- Claim a machine by scanning a QR code — Setting up a machine now shows a QR code and step-by-step instructions on screen, with a countdown, a fresh code when one expires, and a confirmation once the machine is claimed.
- Automatic software updates — The display now checks for and installs software updates on its own, including over Keiser Cloud.
- Remote support — Secure remote support is set up when a machine is first claimed, so Keiser can help with a display without a site visit. Facility managers can restart remote support from the admin panel.
Improved
- Model 1698 supported again — The 1698 is back on the list of machines the display supports.
Fixed
- Finished sets send without interrupting the display — A problem while sending finished sets to the Hub or Keiser Cloud in the background could interrupt the display. It no longer does.
