v1.6.0
May 31, 2026
Overview
Manager 1.6.0 adds a Hub tab for admins. From it, you can connect your Hub to Keiser Nova, check that every account made it across, and install Hub updates. Lists now update as soon as you make a change, and a failed workout data export now tells you so. This version also needs your Hub to be on version 1.4.1 or later.
New
- Hub tab for admins — Hub updates and the Enable Customer Support and Shut Down buttons now live on their own Hub tab, moved from the Facility tab. The tab shows a badge when a Hub update is ready to install.
- Connect your Hub to Keiser Nova — On the Hub tab, tap Pair with Keiser Cloud to get a 6-digit code, then enter it in Keiser Nova. Once they're connected, your members and staff are copied to Nova.
- See which accounts reached Nova — Once connected, the Hub tab shows how many accounts have been copied to Nova and how many couldn't be. Tap Sync Errors to see which members couldn't be copied and why, or tap Refresh Sync to try every account again.
Improved
- Clear message when an export fails — If workout data can't be exported for the dates you picked, the app now says so and asks you to try again. The date fields are now labeled Start Date and End Date, and the two-week limit is shown beside the title.
- Buttons stay above the keyboard — On screens like Edit Machine, Rename Group and Add Members, the button that saves your changes now stays visible above the on-screen keyboard. On the sign-in and equipment search screens, tapping outside a text box closes the keyboard.
- Network permission asked up front on iPhone and iPad — The app now asks for permission to find devices on your network as soon as it opens, so it can reach your Hub.
Fixed
- Lists update right away — Group and member lists now update as soon as you create, archive, restore, deactivate or reactivate something, with no need to refresh. A deactivated member also disappears from a machine's list of active users.
- Archived groups sort correctly — The archived groups list now sorts in the order you choose, as soon as you choose it.
- New account form checks every field — Creating a member or admin now checks every field you filled in before it can be saved. Before, some mistakes could slip through.
- Choosing a group for a new member — When you add a member and pick their group, the app now shows the right groups to choose from.
- Facility name editor starts fresh — Reopening the facility name editor no longer shows the result of your last change.
- Error messages fit on screen — The connection error message now wraps onto a second line instead of running off the edge of the screen.
Removed
- Search tab — The Search tab is gone from the bottom of the screen. Use the search icon at the top of the Groups tab instead.
- Support for older Hub versions — The app now needs Hub version 1.4.1 or later. If your Hub is older, the app asks you to update it before you can continue.
